We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit naturalintelligenes.com, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Analytics without cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies and does not store data on your device. Visitors are counted using a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so no individual profile is created and you cannot be identified. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in improving the website).

4. AI Strategy Scorecard

The scorecard is calculated entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere, and we do not collect any personal data through it. When you leave or reload the page, your answers are gone.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once your request has been handled, unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Booking a call (Calendly)

The "Book a 20-minute call" buttons link to our booking page at Calendly (Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA). Calendly is not embedded on this website; it opens in a new tab only when you click. If you book a call, Calendly processes the data you enter there (such as name, email and the time you choose) on our behalf to schedule the call. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 7. Newsletter (Substack)

The "Subscribe to Deeper Than Data" links take you to our newsletter on Substack (Substack Inc., San Francisco, USA). If you subscribe, Substack processes your email address under its own privacy policy. No data is passed to Substack unless you follow the link and sign up there.

8. Links to other websites

This site links to LinkedIn and to maryamramezani.com. These sites are only loaded when you click a link, and their own privacy policies apply.

9. Fonts

Fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16),
• have your data deleted (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18),
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21),
• withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
